Before entering the Real Estate industry (due to requiring a more flexible schedule without extensive travel), Stephanie was an extremely successful professional in the Automotive Industry in both Germany and the US. She was in charge of many multi-million dollar projects, from coordinating new-model start ups for all European GM plants, to conduction cost saving lead-time reduction projects for Isuzu, to spearheading a team of Professionals in different disciplines (Engineering, Marketing, Warehousing, Packaging, Tech Support, etc.) as a Product Manager at Denso, to giving presentations to top-level executives and creating training manuals for all three companies.


Other

Besides working for GM (Opel) in Germany, Stephanie also ran her own Translation Agency for medical and legal translations, and was also a Court Certified Translator. In her role as a language expert, Stephanie also taught Business English to adults and tutored Highschool students.

In 2007, Stephanie opened her own Staging Company, Serene Foundations, using her artistic talents to give her listings the "Wow-Effect". Stephanie also designs and sculpts wearable art jewelry, and is a Fine Art Photographer.

"When I found that I was relocating to Southern California from the Bay Area, I started to look on line for places to live.  I had decided on Long Beach, as it was a beach city, and still somewhat affordable....Now, all I needed was someone who knew the area.  I had been there once, probably 15 years prior.  Then along came Stephanie, my Long Beach expert!!!  She was referred to me by a friend who had found her on line, and he passed her information along to me.  So, at 11PM in the evening I sent her an e-mail to see if I could make an appointment to talk to her about my upcoming move.  Crazy as it was, at 11:15PM, I got an email back.......After we spoke the next day, I had to tell her "OK, I have NEVER owned a home before, and I have NO idea what I am doing.  I am VERY high maintenance, and I will need to see everything (and as she can attest, I did......sometimes more than once!)".  I than told her "If you want to say no to me, than I totally understand, as I am sure that I will take up a lot of your time".  Stephanie, when she finished chuckling, told me.....I am her favorite kind of person to work with.....and she PROMISED that she would make this a great experience....and she did!
