Studies show that potential buyers spend less than 15 seconds looking at your online listing - if your house doesn't make a great impression when they first lay eyes on it, they will simply click the botton and move on to the next one!
Another important fact you might want to know about is that "staged" properties sell faster (statistically nationwide in half the time) and for more money - the majority of home buyers are willing to pay more for a home that is in move-in condition.
You just simply can't afford to make a bad impression! Competition is harsh and if your home is one those that won't stand out or actually even look bad online, chances are buyers won't even bother to come look at your property in person.
Our Approach to Home "Staging"
As you can see, we are putting the term "staging" in quotation marks - "staging" sounds so fake, like "creating something that isn't really there". That is NOT our approach. We see Property Staging as "paying proper respect to any potential buyer" - they don't need to look at your mess, your clutter, dirty laundry, etc. Buyers will recognize your efforts and appreciate it! Staging as we interpret it is not "covering up defects" or "making things look pretty" - for us, it is about truly showcasing your home's benefits!
