If you are ready to start your big adventure, we will give you our Buyers' Binder, filled with additional information, sample forms, flow charts, property feedback sheets, and we will be bringing a listing print-out to every property showing so that you can put it in your binder and keep a log of the properties you saw, their pros and cons, and any additional information you want to write down about the home.

All of our property search tools are absolutely FREE of charge to you. You can use the search tool we have incorporated into our website or, if you prefer even more detail, you can search like a Pro with a new tool called Listingbook - it is basically direct MLS access for the end user. If you would like to set up a FREE Listingbook account, just sign up with either HERE and start searching like a Pro right away. Whichever tool you choose, you will be able to look at all available Whittier homes, La Habra Homes, La Mirada homes, West Covina homes, Diamond Bar homes, and homes in all other cities of Southern California.
